I'm very happy with the help and support provided by my Property Manager David Thompson. He's very responsive and professional. When I first contacted David he came right out to the house to meet me and make suggestions in preparing it for a tenant. He did a great job advertising and got a tenant within a couple of weeks of placing the house on the market. I highly recommend David!

Unfortunately, HUD helps me with my rent. After viewing a property, I contacted this company. (By company, I mean a man named David.) When I explained my situation, he was very clear about not wanting to accept Section 8, and he did tell me that he already had an application for the property. Also to his credit, he always answers the phone…a rarity among property managers. Anyway, I felt as though I would hate myself if I didn’t at least try, and I hoped there was a slim chance he might consider me once he saw my age (old) and my credit score. David Thompson (Owner/Broker) is doing a great job managing our rental property . He rented it out in one month, and sends out monthly statements to maintain concise records. He is pleasant and communicates well, and will offer several solutions to most issues . Very happy with his representation.
