I was having very dry eyes where I would wake up in the middle of the night from discomfort and causing blurred vision during the day. My previous eye doctor kept recommending uncomfortable plugs that would continually fall out. After that didn't work I made an appointment here, and I wish I had done that sooner! They were able to treat my eyes in the office and provide at home treatments that have made a massive improvement in my vision and overall eye health! We all know wading through all the inadequate recorded prompts is the typical, often frustrating process we patients deal with when communicating with our Providers. Dr Baird assigns his patients a specific "Dry Eye Consultant". Simple but innovative because it allows me to text and/or email my Dry Eye Consultant Jordyn. She follows up efficiently with clear, concise responses. Jordyn is polite, professional and easy to communicate with. She listens well and serves as a competent conduit between Dr. Baird and his patients. I wish all my other Providers allowed me to text and/or email an assigned patient contact. I came here after going to 4 different doctors. My symptoms were dry eyes, eyelash flakes but worst of all STYES :(! The doctor spent so much time with me and looked at my actual glands to determine which ones were still working! I was so scared but him and his staff were awesome and assured me it’s going to be okay and am moving forward with IPL to help the angry veins in my eyes! I am so grateful to have found them! I will update after IPL too!
