I gave my visit a 3-star only cause the nurse was awesome. The doctor i saw asked all of 6 questions and spent less than 2 minutes with me. He never even made eye contact with me. No personal connection at all. I did everything i could to schedule my next appt when he wasnt available.

I had two appointments with Susanne Topolosek, PA-C in the Surprise clinic. I was extremely impressed by my providers knowledge and her bedside manners. She asked me the crucial questions, ordered the important blood tests and prescribed the appropriate medication for my situation. I was seen on time, without any delay. It is worth mentioning that the clinic has the phlebotomist on-site who was extremely professional and helpful as well. I consider myself very lucky to have found this facility for my medical needs. I was new to Arizona and it was crucial to me to find a reliable clinic with the awesome staff.

I have been coming to this office for eight years. The medical team is great. They are always very friendly . Short wait times, easy to schedule an appointment. I can not say the same of the front desk. Veronica could not be more rude. She does not greet me when I come in. She pretends she doesn't know me, I am in the office once a month. She will not make eye contact. She makes scheduling an appointment difficult. I have seen her interact with other patients. She makes eye contact, smiles and has conversations with them.
