Josh came out to tune up our AC and service our RO. He’s was prompt,professional and answered all of our questions. I would not hesitate to call Ryan or Josh to service our HVAC or Plumbing needs in the future.
We are Platinum Members at King Charles Plumbing which entitles you to several yearly inspections of your plumbing, heating and air conditioning systems in your home. These inspections are included in the membership and essential to maintaining these systems in your home. At the last inspection, a few things were found needing attention in our main air conditioning system. This location is a winter home for us and I was there for only a short period of time preparing the home for renters. King Charles was able to schedule the required repairs to our air conditioning system on very short notice and performed the work the following day. Another great day of service from King Charles! They are always on time and answer all of my questions. In addition, Ryan is always available to answer my calls and schedule appointments. I have never dealt with a company that is so responsive!
