Lance at Golden Touch has a great way of explaining the why & how's of everything he does. I had him out to clean two of my rugs that had dog urine stains and smells. I had to move them to the garage because my wife could no longer take the smell. After the cleaning I brought them back into the house & my wife was extremely satisfied with the work Lance had done on the rugs. She is very sensitive to smells, and stated she could no longer tell that there had ever been any dog urine on them, and could no longer see the stains that the urine created.
