Faucet Doctor installed my tankless water heater 2 years ago. The unit requires yearly descaling. I watched Faucet Doctor accomplish this last year. Having more time on my hands as I am retired, I decided to buy a descaling kit and do the service myself. I am not really a mechanical guy so followed the directions in the maintenance manual. Unfortunately, although the pump worked and everything was hooked up correctly, I was not getting outflow. Confirmed with Faucet Doctor via video that everything was correct. I had an excellent experience with Faucet Doctor. Tonia was able to dispatch Thomas to address my emergency repair the same afternoon for a fair, reasonable cost. Thomas resolved the issues thoroughly and quickly and was very personable, explaining every part of the process before and during the repair.
