I walked into the office today to set an appointment for physical therapy. The receptionist looked at my paperwork and said, did you hurt your neck? I said no. I broke my hip. and I need physical therapy for my hip. Well she says it says femoral neck bone. They said my paperwork was wrong and I had to bring it back to my doctor's office to get the paperwork right. there were two women there at the front of the office. The one that was more in charge of the office was very rude, almost like a bully. turns out that they didn't know The skeletal body parts. lol.
