Short backstory: My husband tweaked his back yesterday (10/10/21) morning so badly we ended up at the hospital for some pain meds and X-rays. The pain meds took the edge off but X-rays showed nothing, so nothing could be done. I contacted Karen at 11:30 last night out of desperation to find my husband some relief. She got back to me literally first thing this morning (6:25am) and squeezed him in as an emergent patient before she was even set to open for the day to make sure he was taken care of and we are so far beyond grateful that she did. Her office was so clean. Calming music and relaxing atmosphere. Refreshments offered. Comfortable seating area where I stayed while my husband was treated. She was incredibly informative and we are just so pleased. He is still a little sore but he’s feeling so SO much better than he was! I’m glad we didn’t waste time with an orthopedic specialist. She is exactly what we needed! While we hope to make very few medical massage appointments, we do plan to utilize some of her other amazing services. You seriously have to check her out!! Thank you so much, Karen!! Seriously!

She is AWESOME! I’ve got scoliosis and she found every bad spot in my back without me telling her where to go. I felt less anxious and less pain for a few days after. She caters to what you need and is kind. She provides a quiet, safe, trauma-informed environment. Highly recommend and will be back when I can! Now if only insurance would cover massage!
