Had a great experience with my eye exam today. Everyone was welcoming, the exam was thorough, and everything was explained in a way that actually made sense. Smooth process from start to finish.
Dr. Zmyslinski is fantastic! We were in town visiting family in Scottsdale and I had to get my eyes checked which always makes me nervous. His team was very welcoming, professional, and friendly. Dr Zmyslinski is also very personable, knowledgeable, and informative.
While I might have been a bit hesitant on LensCrafters in the mall, it was a good experience with the front desk receptionist (incredibly friendly), the staff as I entered equally kind and even more so the doctor who examined me. Assessed quickly an issue and informative. Able to get a quick appointment (same day) as well online (even better). Only feedback is the tech was not a tad aloof and limited on directions (ie speaking). All and all I would go back for sure.
