Dr. Gilchrist is THE BEST! Trying to find a Vet, I am disabled and was home for a week, alone, and my service dog "Rocky" was hurt really bad, bleeding, etc., following a terrible accident. I was so helpless and did not know who to call or what to do. With no car, I had made over two dozen calls during that afternoon to other Vets to see who could come help Rocky & me, with no luck. All other vets did not seem to care ... EXCEPT DR. GILCHRIST! That man - a U.S. Marine - and WOW does he live up to their creed - called me that night at 10:00pm! Vet To You has been amazing! Dr. G. called me after hours right before his vacation to give me tips on how to save my cat with CKD, severe constipation, dehydration, anorexia, heart murmur, and anemia. I tried dozens of foods, wet and dry and she wouldn't eat anything. Dr G. told me about the only food that she will eat the first time we talked. I have continued to try new foods, and she won't eat anything else. He was able to get to us several days later, and she loved him. She isn't typically a fan of most men, but felt so comfortable when he sat next to her on the couch and examined her. He checks in on her even when I don't have a current appointment scheduled. I simply can't say enough about the care and compassion that is shown to our animals. We have four dogs spread out over three households that are taken care of by Dr. Gilchrist. I live in Tucson and happily make the drive to Scottsdale for his services.
