All of the Office staff and Dr. Brad were amazing every single one of them has outstanding customer service and I really appreciate that. They spoke to me just as a normal person in a language and a conversation that I could understand (without extra medical terminology) it made thinking about my treatment plan easier with as real and informative that they were.
Very professional and personable. Excellent follow-up. No pressure to up sell. Had an issue with my new insurance carrier, Sonoran Dentistry staff worked to correct it in very short order.
Carly was fantastic. She was overall the best dental hygienist I have ever had work on my teeth. Her technique, from anesthesia to the actual deep clleaning was thorough and pain-free. I recommend her highly.
