Daniel was nothing but helpful. I had shoulder and neck pain for the last year and he was able to address the issues quickly and get to the root of the problem. Will recommend to anyone that needs physical therapy in the future!
I had a knee replacement and was out in AZ for a few weeks had calf pain and knee clicking. Ty Sinda was great accessed the situation and between manual therapy and exercise took me to the now best levels of my recovery. He is smart resourceful gives you his full attention and has a wealth of knowledge that he draws from. Truly made a huge difference in my recovery.
I started working with Dr. Gilstrap in January and I could barely move my arm above my waist. After a few months of working with him, my shoulder mobility has returned to normal and strength has been improving. This clinic is fantastic because you get specialized one-on-one care, unlike some other physical therapy facilities where the therapists tend to multiple patients at once and you merely do prescribed exercises.I've had an amazing experience working with Dr. Gilstrap, he's very personable and always willing to answer any and all of my questions.
