I have been seeing Shelley weekly for over 3 years and has corrected all of my issues with shoulders, upper thoracic pain as well as lower lumbar pain. She is well versed in acupuncture and other holistic practices. I HIGHLY recommend her to assist with your aches and pains.

Shelley was wonderful! I have seen her three times now and my body feels so much more energetic and balanced. I first went to her a few weeks after going through Covid, because my back felt locked up and sore. Shelley did both cupping and acupuncture on my back and the results were incredible. Have gone back twice more to help with pain in my right hand (overuse) and migraine. Both have improved with treatments. Will continue to see Shelley for maintenance! Thank you!

Excellent acupuncturist - Shelley treats holistically, does amazing gua sha, and is awesome for cosmetic acupuncture! The space is beautiful, warm, and it just feels like you're healing from the minute you walk in. If you're serious about your health journey, this is the place to go!
