I had cataract surgery on both eyes years ago, however my left eye developed double vision and also became quit blurred, an MRI showed an abnormality from a previous injury and Dr. Kilpatrick suggested laser surgery to correct my vision, I agreed and had the surgery done, the results where amazing, my vision improved the moment the surgery was completed, and continues to get even better. Dr. Kilpatrick is a soft spoken gentleman, and I couldn't be happier with the doctor or the results. J. Carioscia.

I have been from doctor to doctor due to an ongoing eye issue due to complications from cataract surgery. I was given a prescription for Zeiss glasses that may help. The person in optical said she needed to check about insurance coverage and would get back to me the next day. That was weeks ago. I have left voicemails and no return phone call. I just called the main number as could not get through to optical again and it rang and rang. Finally someone answered. She called optical and got a voicemail. She said when they don't answer the phone they are busy. I said I understand that but we are talking about over 2 weeks. She said she was leaving a note on someone's... read full review

If I could give it 0 stars, I definitely would. I had to reschedule an appointment due to an unannounced change in my schedule. I called hoping for a next day appointment since there were many slots available. The receptionist spoke to me so rudely and condescending while trying to schedule a time and absolutely made it seem like I was an inconvenience. Let's not forget that patients are what get you paid. As a receptionist, your customer service is EVERYTHING to a new patient. Absolutely disgusting.
