I went to PROCARE Spine & Sports Therapy to help with a hip/IT band/quad issue. I am a frequent hiker and this injury sidelined me for 7 months. I tried for 7 months to fix the issue with stretching, foam rolling, massage, massage gun, and more but I wasn’t able to fix it. I came to see Dr. Boothe and he was able to fix the issue in 4 visits. Dr. Boothe listened to me and personalized the therapy according to my injury. I would highly recommend. I wish I would have found him sooner.

I recently moved to the Phoenix area and started to experience hip pain which caused walking to be extremely painful. After reading 5 star ratings on Yelp I called Dr. B. He squeezed me in that same afternoon. He really took the time and listened to what my issues were and decided a course of action. After 2 sessions of dry needling, my pain had subsided. Dr B is excellent at what he does and he's a really nice guy too!! I highly recommend him.

Initially went in to see Dr. Boothe in April because my back pain and sciatica had gotten to a point where I needed surgery again. No exaggeration, but this was my final attempt to try to alleviate my back pain as I didn't want to go into surgery again for my back.
