Every time I go in the girls are amazing and very helpful. After reading some of the reviews I would say Zoey need to get her head checked because Madeline (Maddie) is one of the sweetest young ladies. Kim, Jess, Nevaeh and Maddie are such an amazing team that is always happy, smiling and so friendly. Thank you ladies for being so great!!!

I tan at PBT regularly and can't express how much I love coming here! The beds are always super clean and the bulbs are routinely changed to ensure even color. The staff is **AMAZING** !! Kim (manager), Nevaeh (asst manager), Jess, Maddie, Jessie, Alyssa, and Caelen are THE BEST and take extra steps to make me happy, welcome, and cared for. My only complaint is that they have one person closing at night. There are a lot of homeless people wandering around this neighborhood and I worry for the safety of the PBT staff! Listen up Corporate::: please schedule at least two people to close this store!

You can't find a more professional, personable and competent salon. They have my best interests at heart. Truly a phenomenal experience due to their expertise and proficiency. I highly recommend.
