Mr. Sparky Scottsdale has stolen $300 from me. They did not dispatch an emergency tech. Nobody showed up to my house. No service was performed. I needed an emergency tech on Sunday. They said since it's Sunday it's the $300 - I paid it - 5 minutes later I called back to cancel. They refused to refund me my money. What did I pay for? I've paid $300 for a phone call? Their number one guarantee is that if you aren't happy with their service, you don't pay a dime. I had no service done, first of all. Secondly, I was not informed that this was non refundable. Arrived early which I truly appreciated!!! Was very flexible with the changes that I kept throwing at them. Technician Josue has the best customer service and explained everything to me on what and why he was doing what needed to be done. They will get all my future business.
