We had noticed some minor issues with our electrical, plug ins specifically. They sent out Jeiel the same day and he spotted the problem right away but still took him time in diagnosing the problem to make sure that was truly the root cause. He then took the time to explain what had happened and what it would take to resolve the issue.

Came an hour early. Diagnosed problem - SRP issue. Called SRP for me and waited for SRP to make sure they agreed with Sparkey’s diagnosis. SRP located the trouble next door about halfway down to China. Microwave, TV, lighting work again.

Professional, thorough, flexible. 70 point assessment only this trip but no charge. Work is scheduled. 29 Feb: Corey and assistants have worked for 3 days a nd worked hard. Absolute attention to detail and they don't give up till they get it perfect!
