As a fairly athletic person that has been through personal training before, I can say that Justin is different. Justin’s workouts are incredible. Whether you are looking to burn fat or gain muscle, this guy makes it happen. I have literally had multiple people comment on what I look like only 2-3 weeks into my workouts and diet plan with Justin. The best part about it is that I LOOK FORWARD to seeing what Justin has in store for me on that day. If you are thinking about it, give it a try, you will be very happy that you did.
