Jan is truly a 5-star realtor. She makes the process of buying or selling a house easy and she takes so much off your plate. Always available for questions, wants what is best for you, and she just does it all. Jan is also very knowledgeable and is really good about providing facts and info. I couldn’t ask for a better realtor. Jan helped me buy my first home in 2018 and just recently helped me sell that home in 2023.
Jan goes above and beyond her duties as a real estate agent. I am an out of state resident, she made buying and selling our houses a smooth transaction and truly had our best interest in mind.
I have known Jan for 15 years and when my mother passed away she handled all the associated drama with multiple opinions and personalities very well. From listing to closing I knew our family was in good hands. Great job Jan!
