Patient of 5+ years & fill like I'm an inconvenience anymore. I simply want simple things done correctly, & if I'm told you will call back & don't, where does that leave me, and where is the accountability? Parochial things i.e. scheduling appointments & getting scripts shouldn't require the amount of frustration & follow up that's required on my end. Add high turnover, recent bumped appointment 'reschedules', & little improvement after countless apologies, it's time...

Dont go here!!! Two surgeries and they left me high and dry!!! No help with the pain after surgeries said what i was already on was good...... anyone on meds knows that you gain a tollerance and need more for same relief. Had sugeries in the past and those dr did not do that to me. Bottom line all they want is your monthly installments.

Staff is very friendly, professional, and helpful. This includes everyone from reception to medical assistants and nurses. They listen patiently and are dedicated to finding an appropriate plan for you, as efficiently as possible.Dr. Ray is super friendly with a wonderful bedside manner and explains things very clearly. I have had a half dozen joint injections down the years, and he administered my recent joint injection with great skill -- I barely even knew it was happening.I've had many orthopedic surgeries and associated pain issues. This was my first visit to this clinic and I can say that the experience was top notch all around. Definitely adding it to my suite...read full review
