It’s a rarity that I say this … I’m thrilled with Todd and his crew at Exact Roofing and Construction and would highly recommend them for any roofing/construction project you have. I had a roof issue that needed to be addressed and completed before closing on my home. After making several calls to roofing companies in the Valley, Todd came through with the professionalism, experience, concern and assurance I was looking for. He's a man of his word, did not let me down and the project was completed when promised at a very fair price. I would highly recommend Todd at Exact Roofing and Construction. There’s no one better in my humble opinion!

I had a great experience with Exact Roofing and General Construction. The owner Todd Michaelis was very professional and on time for the estimate. I had a large beam on a patio that had rotted out with water damaged. He explained the process in detail so I felt very comfortable. The job was done exactly like he said. He replaced our entire roof and it looks amazing!
