It has been life-changing for me to find such an excellent counseling office in Scottsdale. Lauren Jack has helped me tremendously and I am just getting started. She is kind and knowledgeable. EMDR is a great technique to help with trauma. I highly recommend Crossroads Counseling.

Lauren Jack is without a doubt the most compassionate, empathetic, professional, encouraging, and knowledgeable therapist I have had. Her pure kindness and warmth made me feel safe and comfortable immediately, and her incredible knowledge of the brain and trauma helped me in my healing process. If you're looking for a therapist, I highly recommend Lisa Clark! She's highly skilled at working with individuals, families, and couples. Her work with blended families is particularly outstanding!
