This is a fake "insurance" scam! They are not an insurance company but a group that "tries" to locate "cheap" services for their members. I pay nearly $200 a month for this scam, and they never cover the costs associated with your services. I was sent to collections for a procedure that they claimed was taken care of two years ago but now claim they denied coverage, and they never even told me they denied it. Two years later and I'm getting collection calls and letters for $1440.00. First off let me tell you the staff here is amazing. Dr. Day really connects with each patient and gets ro know who they are. Also goes out of his way to make sure you are where u want to be and need to be. His staff Jenna, Jessica and Cj are amazing and make sure you are 100% when you leave. Would definitely recommend ?
I have been going here for years. Mostly out of convenience. I can usually be seen when I need, but since Covid, now I cannot be seen when I am ill. I have to have a virtual visit which really doesn't do anything. I wanted to be checked for Strep throat, but they only do drive up at their Glendale location. That is 28 miles from me. That is not convenient. So, time to find a new dr.
