Usually they do a beautiful job and they do, but they’re sneaky. I got my nails done today and the lady said “I’m gunna make them shiny for you” and proceeded to add “chrome powder” that was valued at an extra $15, on top of tiny diamonds (I’ve gotten these before) that they charged me ten for. It’s not about the money, but about the transparency. I’ve gotten way more complex designs here before with both diamonds and stickers and charged less. My total came out to $105 because of this. Very deceptive on their part, won’t be coming back.

Katy is the best. Her design is perfect and she takes proper time to carefully ensure my needs are met. The price here is a little high, but I would rather pay knowing what I get every time will be flawless than cut corners and take chances on my time and money.

Not terrible, but also not great. I started coming here when they opened a few years ago. They used to do a great job on my nails and toes. This time they rushed through my manicure and pedicure so fast. I mentioned like 3x that the drill being used on my manicure was hurting me because he kept nicking my skin. The guy doing my nails also only did one coat of gel polish so in normal lighting, the black is see-through and straight up missing in some spots. They also left a ton of polish on my cuticles that I had to scrub off. They were getting walk-in after walk-in so they just rushed through everyone else.I paid $200 including tip.
