I am a 65 year old man. I have suffered with lower back disk issues for many years. I had tried chiropractic on several occasions but was disappointed with the results. My son, who was a professional athlete, recommended Paul, and still sees him for regular maintenance. I have been meeting with Paul weekly for 2 months now and I feel much better. Paul’s approach to treatment is infinitely better than drugs, steroids or surgery. I highly recommend giving him a call before considering any other options.

I started going to Above & Beyond for acupuncture and cupping treatments in January after being referred by a close friend. I felt an immediate connection with Paul during the first session and sensed that he deeply cared about my wellbeing - he listened thoroughly to my concerns and was candid about the dedication required to the work we would be doing together to address the underlying causes of my anxiety. I am grateful for his guidance on my journey of self improvement and appreciate his intuitive nature. I work on a computer for the majority of the day, and I was dealing with a lot of eye strain. I was leaving work, feeling dizzy/light headed, almost like I was experiencing motion sickness. I tried over-the-counter and prescription medications to help with the symptoms. However, I was not getting any relief.
