In October, 2024, Ryan did a thorough examination of our roof in Scottsdale. We had had a sheet bitumen come loose and lose a corner. We did not have any leaks but the roof was over 15 years old. Ryan went over options for us. We settled on his recommendation for repair of the bitumen, and roof wide maintenance. Reseal around vent pipes, shingle checks, multi-layer resealing of critical nails near roof 'valley gutters', adding reflective mineral material on balding areas of the bitumen over a porch.

The Repair Guys did exactly that, they patched a leak and all of the penetrations in my AC pad area.
Since the repair, we are leak free, after multiple monsoonal storms.

I can’t say enough about the service and quality of work that Ryan, Gino and their crew from The Repair Guy did in repairing both my tile roof and flat patio roof. The service was outstanding from the estimate to the cleanup when they were done. They took the time to explain the process of what they were doing and did NOT rush through the job. They provided pictures of the before and after so I could see what was done without having to climb on the roof.
