I have driven by this spa for years, and finally booked appointment for brow and face wax and brow tint. It is easy to book appointments through the web page. Parking is off the alley behind the business. Liz is very professional and personable. She offers a variety of services but does not "push". The reviews aren't lying, go see her immediately. So let's start from the beginning. Easy to schedule and communicate. When I arrived I got a little nervous because it's a house and I was used to spa centers and didn't want someone waxing and doing my facial in the kitchen lol I'm glad ignored those nerves (based on previous reviews). Once you enter, it's a beautiful private set up. She explained everything carefully and made sure I was getting what would be best for me. I can’t say enough wonderful things about my first eyelash extensions with Liz! She quickly accommodated a time slot for me..She was very thorough in explanation and helped to discern what would be best for my needs. She also advocated to make sure the adhesive was comfortable for me since I told her my fear was a reaction from the glue. We went with the clear adhesive. No reaction. No issues! She was thorough with explaining the after care for the lashes. They look great! And I’m a very happy customer . I’ll be coming back for touch ups as well as some eyebrow and skin care treatments .
