Called on the phone for an appointment and whoever answered the phone was very nice and understanding helped me get an appointment that same day. So I go in and the front desk women were very nice and clear on instructions. Wait time was mid which was okay since there were quite a few of us in there so it was bound to be a long wait anyways. I get called in by the nurse which honestly I wish I remembered her name because god damn bro. She tells me step on the scale and I do and she takes me to what looks like her office to ask me a couple of questions. My first time , just left and I’m very happy! Been so scared to take out my nexplanon in my arm and Tiffany made it a comforting and easy experience with no pain. My only complain is the wait time when there was only one other person waiting. Thank you Tiffany!

I really like Jessica, I'd make her my PCP if I could. I liked the other doctor when I saw him too (Nicholas, I think?) I dropped a star because you're always there 2-3 hours minimum, even with an appointment. Also you have to fill out paperwork every time, even if you filled out the e-checkin forms and have all your info updated on MyChart, which is pretty annoying.
