The family of workers at Phoenix Roofing And Repair from the office personnel to the estimators to the guys on the roof handled everything for my insurance roof damage claim without them we would have been out of pocket lots of money since the insurance company was so reluctant to pay the claim but Phoenix Roofing and Repair went the extra mile to get the claim handled . The workers came out put down covering on the yard and tore off the damaged roof and inspected /repaired/replaced everything as promised without any surprises and left the property as they found it. Phoenix Roofing is an amazing partner. As a high-rise condo manager, it can be challenging to find vendors willing to take on a roof at 23 stories up, but these guys took the job and did a wonderful job. Not only did they repair and reseal the roof, but they also took care of a planter that was leaking into my garage, and they de-rusted and painted the support structure for my three water towers (on the roof, too).If you are in the HOA industry, these guys are true partners, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
