Been at Phenix for 6+ years now. Soo happy with the promptness and responsiveness of landlords. Always very communicative and helpful whenever I need them and I never have to wait it feels like! They truly care about your business and want to keep their tenants happy!

Renting a space here has been an amazing experience! Leaving a salon atmosphere after 29 years was quite an adjustment but Nancy the owner has made it such an easy transition. She’s always been available to answer my questions and offer some solid advice. I am soooo happy this is the place I chose for a new chapter in my life. It’s clean, beautifully decorated and management staff is outstanding! I highly recommend any one of Nancy’s locations.
