Family First Vision Care - Happy Valley

I had a great experience at Family First Vision Care on Lake Pleasant Parkway. The entire team was very friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. They took the time to answer my questions, made the process easy, and provided excellent customer service throughout my visit. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and creating a positive experience. I highly recommend Family First Vision Care to anyone looking for quality eye care and outstanding service.

I was impressed with the computerization of the visit and the efficiency. I didn't realize that I was booking with a Pearl Vision since the title doesn't reflect that. I found that a bit misleading. The optometrist was concerned about my high blood pressure and was recommending things without asking me what I currently was doing to manage it.
Overall, it was good but I don't have my glasses yet which will be the final factor.

I wasn’t able to wear contacts while working for 3 years due to how much my work involves a computer. The first time I came here I mentioned this to my eye doctor and he found contacts that I could use while using my computer that wouldn’t irritate my eyes. I had brought this up to my previous doctors and over 3 years not one of them mentioned this solution. I will never go anywhere else.
