this place is horrible for so many reasons that have nothing to do with the doctor. he was friendly and efficient. the people working the desk and selling the products are completely useless. the lady that rang me up tried charging me over $70 for my appointment and when i challenged her, she whipped out a calculator to do the most basic math (she didn’t know 10% of 100 is $10..). i immediately knew she was clowning me. she came back with $60 as my total and entered it into a POS system as just $60 and charged me. my receipt says nothing except a $60 charge. it was very unprofessional, like the systems used at a farmers market or something. the point of my appointment was to get contacts, but the lady said i would owe $600 (again, she struggled with basic mathematics) so i walked out with just the new prescription. today, i came to get contacts from sam’s club and the doctor said they only gave me the prescription for glasses and she can’t order contacts without my contacts prescription. they’re closed today so nothing i can do about it at this point. absolute buffoonery happening in this store and as cool as the doctor was, i will not be back. waste of time.

I was impressed with the computerization of the visit and the efficiency. I didn't realize that I was booking with a Pearl Vision since the title doesn't reflect that. I found that a bit misleading. The optometrist was concerned about my high blood pressure and was recommending things without asking me what I currently was doing to manage it. Overall, it was good but I don't have my glasses yet which will be the final factor.

I wasn’t able to wear contacts while working for 3 years due to how much my work involves a computer. The first time I came here I mentioned this to my eye doctor and he found contacts that I could use while using my computer that wouldn’t irritate my eyes. I had brought this up to my previous doctors and over 3 years not one of them mentioned this solution. I will never go anywhere else.

The staff is absolutely wonderful and so friendly. I went in because my trial pair contacts just wasn’t quite perfect. And to purchase a new pair of glasses. They got me in asap to see the Dr asap to adjust my contact Rx and he ordered a new trial pair. They were very accommodating and patient with me. Ordering my new glasses was also an easy process. I highly recommend this office.
