I am so excited I found this place so close to my new apartment! The studio is clean and quiet and cozy! I booked an hour long massage with Melissa and I’m not kidding it was the best massage I’ve ever gotten. She really knew where all my pain and knots were located and went to work on them. The ambiance at the studio is so relaxing and comfortable. I’m excited to go back to try yoga classes and maybe even some reiki! The prices are reasonable and they offer a lot of classes and services. Highly recommend!

Upward Light Healing is a beautiful space with amazing energy. All of the different classes and workshops I have attended have been high quality including the yoga, belly dancing, kirtans and gong meditations. I enjoy showing up in this space and creating community with others.
