This review is primarily for the Plumbsmart Home Repair side. We had the plumbing for our entire house redone recently after a leak in the overhead pipes. Cost was a lot less than a major competitor that advertised on tv. Jeremy, our project manager, was super. He came back out promptly to correct a couple of minor plumbing issues before drywall was replaced. My positive review is primarily for Bridges, the young man that replaced all the drywall. He was always timely, advised us on how long things would take, cleaned up any mess he created and did meticulous work! He is an asset to your company.
I called for drain cleaning after hearing PlumbSmart commercials on 550 KFYI Radio. The staff was most helpful and dispatched Devin who arrived within an hour, clean cut young man with booties on his shoes, put plastic on the floor, got the work done quickly and CLEANED UP after himself. The price was as quoted without most reasonable. I have four homes and will definitely will use PlumbSmart in the future. Tom R
