I wanted to thank Lupita Guzmán,and all the staff at Melcher Mortuary Chapel & Cremation . Lupita was very helpful she explained everything about the services. I highly recommend Melcher Mortuary for any of your loved ones that past away, there service is great ! Thank you Lupita Guzmán !
My husband passed unexpectedly in January, my father and sister were taken to Chapel of the Roses, so I was familiar with the process. But I cannot tell how good I felt after meeting David Long. He was so compassionate & caring. It takes a very special person to do what he does. My friend went with me and I am so glad because I could hardly remember everything that was said. When I went to pick up my husband, I thought they would just hand me the Urn, but they took me down a hall and had the Urn on a table with candles and chairs so you could sit for a while if you wanted to. I cannot say enough about David and the whole experience at Chapel of the Roses. thank you
I want to encourage others to use Advantage Funeral & Cremation and Allene's Celebrant services. Losing dad wasn't as easy as I expected. He was the patriarch of the family and was supposed to live forever. When that didn't happen, it took time to figure things out. While I was thankful that dad in his wisdom had pre-paid for his own service, I still had questions. With the help of my daughter and David, we were able to pick all the best options to make dad's service a true Celebration of his life.
