The office staff is very friendly and don't just leave you in the room very long and the Dr comes in and attends to you and explains thoroughly all your concerns and questions ?
Dr Hatfield and his staff were very efficient and compassionate. Let me know what was wrong with my shoulder and gave me a few options. Dr. Hatfield is very knowledgeable and gives it to you straight. You are still the boss.
Today was my first with Dr. Hatfield. I’m am beyond relieved. I finally found a doctor that listened and heard me. After a year and a half of pain and no plan he put me on one where there is light at the end of the tunnel. The office staff is very friendly and the office is very clean. No wait times at all. I’m so blessed to finally have found the right doctor.
