third time calling this same guy for our back door lock and honestly i keep expecting the experience to get worse but it never does. showed up fast again, figured out what was wrong, fixed it and moved on. no trying to upsell me or make it seem like a bigger job than it was. bill was exactly what i expected. if you need a locksmith just call these guys already

We needed our shop locks changed over to one key, this morning. I called another locksmith first. They quoted way too much for a simple rekey and still could not give me a real arrival time. I had used this crew once before, so I tried them next.
Big difference right away. The guy showed up when he said he would. He got all four exterior locks rekeyed to one key in about thirty minutes. Everything works great now, and nobody on staff is juggling different keys anymore.
Such a relief compared to the first call. Glad I went with the crew I already knew. Thanks again for getting it done so fast.

I needed the house rekeyed this morning after a bad situation, and I was pretty wound up because I did not want to spend all day wondering who still had access. Diamondback Lock and Key got someone out the same day, which was the main thing I cared about, and that alone took a lot of pressure off.
The part I keep thinking about is that he actually took a minute to show me how the pins inside the lock line up with the key. I am not someone who knows anything about locks, but the way he explained it made sense right away, and it helped me feel sure the job was done right.
