We had a leak in our roof above the covered patio. We got a few different bids on both just the covered patio, and doing the whole entire roof. Rick was on time to the first appointment (actually he patiently waited for me!), and I found him to be very honest and straightforward. He let me know that we didn’t need to do the whole project right now, and gave helpful suggestions on what was absolutely necessary to have redone immediately to stop the leak. After 10 bids and 2 other roofing companies that said the roof was fixed, and it was still leaking I found Rick from Crandell Roofing who was honest and went out of his way to explain everything! Price was fair and they did a great job, and checked back with me after a first rain! I will keep there number and call them again and gladly refer them to my friends and neighbors. They had no problem just doing a roof repair, which the others did not!
