Great place! Always feel well taken care of (me and my pets) when we go here. Az Exotic Animal Hospital takes great care of my rabbits and provides thorough explanations when needed to help me understand. They also do a great job at answering all of my questions.
I was able to get in the next day. My cockatiel is 32 years old. Everyone was very nice, professional and skilled.. The veterinarian was very attentive and in no hurry to rush out the door. Very pricey, but worth it!!!
I am providing a four-star rating based on my understanding of the challenges that can arise in a busy workplace environment. I acknowledge that this facility manages a variety of appointments and emergencies. While the doctor provided excellent care, I did notice that the initial technician who assisted us lacked friendliness. However, the overall staff demeanor improved during our visit. Despite having a scheduled appointment, we experienced a wait time of approximately six hours, during which other appointments were seen.I was disappointed to learn that a fee would be charged for dropping off my pet for an estimate without requiring a deposit.
