Kurt came and helped us solve a problem we were having with our oven. He took the time to make a simple fix to make it work while we ordered some parts for the long-term repair. We appreciated that. They do great work.
Robert came out to check my washing machine that was leaking, he was able to diagnose and repair it by the following day. Fast and professional service, thank you for getting our laundry moving again!
My refrigerator/freezer was acting up - freezer working and refrigerator getting warm. I did some self repair by installing a new fan that cools the refrigerator section. Was concerned that other problems still existed. Kurt at Felix Appliance Repair responded to our call for help. He was quick and efficient in understanding the issue, did a diagnostic on the control panel to see what errors would show up, and then reset the refrigerator to its factory settings. Since the refrigerator section was now cooling, he advised that if the refrigerator continued to work well through the Thanksgiving holiday week, we should consider leaving it work as is, monitor the temperature... read full review
