Luke the technician did his best but I'm sure the same problem still exist. The unit runs fine for sometimes days then intermittently shuts down. The unit was running fine when Luke arrived so he was on able to detect a problem. It is extremely frustrating because the same problem has been evident for well over a month. The compressor and almost all internal parts have been changed yet the same problem exist. The unit runs perfectly for sometimes a day sometimes for five or seven days then just arbitrarily shuts down but no one seems to be able to troubleshoot the problem. So frustrating.
I appreciate the communication they had. Everything was texted, and you can even track the technician’s eta. Technician Michael H. was knowledgeable and fixed the issue with our refrigerator promptly and for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.
Speedy, prompt, efficient, honest service. I had a malfunction with my dishwasher. Some motor went out. The service tech was there in the anticipated window of time, he diagnosed the issue, explained the problem, offered solutions, and allowed me to decide the appropriate course of action. I decided on repair and the work was completed the same day. An $89 service fee which was applied to the repair cost. All done in one day. With a 1 year warranty. I've found my new appliance repair company.
