I had an excellent experience with Felix Appliance! Setting the appointment was a breeze and the team arrived on time and did an excellent job installing my AC. Ramiro identified an issue with the existing drain line being blocked by an old wasp nest not visible from outside and was able to quickly cut out the blockage and repair it. Felix Appliance Heating & Air does it all right. One of our two AC units was starting to fail and with temps the way they are we needed help FAST. They came out the day after I called, recommended next steps, we agreed and today we have a newly-installed unit. Very professional and hard working. And the price was about 1/3 of what we had anticipated. We are very happy campers!Services: A/C system vent cleaning

Excellent service. Technician was very knowledgeable and very professional. Mr. Felix explained to me what the issue was and what the solution was as well.
