If I could give 10 stars, I would! Esther was my hair stylist on Monday and she took me from being terrified of getting my hair cut, to over the moon in love with my hair. Everyone in that salon was friendly and I laughed the entire time! She not only cut my hair but took the time to educate me on what would be best for my curl pattern. I would highly recommend their services 🤗
Very talented ladies! My only complaint is that JC Penney puts out savings coupons for new customers only? What about those of us that have been loyal patrons for years? I think this is poor marketing. The employees are fantastic and very talented stylists.
Shelbie is the absolute best and is always so patient and gentle with my daughter, I will never take her anywhere else. She always does the best haircuts and gives her exactly what she asks for.
