As the hot season progresses the AC vendors are backed up. In my experience they are 2 to 3 weeks out before they can come to you. As I called and getting discourage, I called Chris AC and he responded by saying I have a service call in your area and I can come by in about an hour or so. He asked the problem and I responded. He was in fact at my home within the hour and surveyed the problem and repaired the AC unit as it was low on R22 and the house was not quite getting cool enough inside when outside was mid '90's...Chris is very knowledgeable, friendly and super fast to respond.
