When someone calls you with specifics and what it is that they aren't happy with, you don't try to up-sale them in something they didn't call about. Wrinkles weren't my issue. IpL is great on some ppl but IPL on someone who has rosacea is even a worse idea to do to someone who has this. You use BBL. So I refused to be up sold and decided she wasn't for me as I was going there for a specific reason. Then tried to sell me in products that I've been there done that. No results. Next time try listening to your customers concerns and stop trying to get them into something they don't want.
