guy overcharged my mother for a screen protector/instalation/and warranty plan, told her she didnt need to keep the receipt or anything. Later on I took my mother in to get her cracked screen protector replaced with her "warranty" to kill some time. same exact guy literally acts like he dosent have her in the system and tries to negotiate a $10 fee. Not the money, but the business practices just cringy and scammy. Dont recommend, go to bestbuy.
