5 stars for the lovely dentist who checked my kids teeth and reviewed their x-rays with me in detail. She was wonderful and very helpful. Unfortunately the dental assistants were not very professional. They barely made eye contact with me, provided no direction about what would be happening during the appointment, and didn’t even offer me a place to sit in the main appointment area despite the fact that I had a baby with me. They just shuffled my kids around from place to place without telling me what was going on and then kept leaving without telling us when we would be seen.. Wow! All I can say Is thank you! Such great staff. Such a welcoming place. I was on edge about my daughter going under to get a couple of things done. Dr.Reyes I believe is her name is amazing. She explained everything well. Made my daughter very comfortable and was very efficient in her work. Dr.Erik the anesthesiologist was amazing! He even did a follow up to check on her. He explained everything and just made us feel much better. Veronica was on point with her communication and they even got us in earlier. We are so happy we switched to Tiny Teeth Children’s Dentisry! The front desk staff, especially Danielle, are so nice and accommodating. The hygienist, Alyssa and Dr Raya, are so professional and compassionate. They are so understanding and helpful. My daughter is 3 and they were SO patient and accommodating! They also make us feel heard! We appreciate all that they do and we are super blessed to have a great team be apart of our daughter’s dental journey!
