You really want to like it; great location, huge store, includes a picture studio and Sephora, but what a hot mess! Employees are pretty MIA and although you see them waking around they are pretty oblivious to you. No hellos or acknowledgments. Clothes shelves, and racks overflowing and a mess. A lot of price tags missing making it hard to know costs. Maybe I'll try beck after Christmas, but it was a no for me.

Never been here. First time to pick up an online order. I'll see how it goes. So far, their store hours are horrible. What business opens so late? 11:00am! People have to get on with their day and opening so late is very inconvenient. Update after visiting store: curbside pick up couldn't "find my order", that was a bummer! I walked in and asked about it, the gentleman who helped me out seemed to be the manager. He was in the middle of something with an associate, but stopped what he was doing to help me immediately and actually took me back and gave me my order. I was very pleased with his help! So only downside to the store are there late opening hour.

Zonia is a talent, compassionate stylist. I've been going to her for years and have never had a bad experience. I went to get extensions from another stylist,she graciously removed them because the other stylist left my hair a mess. She was kind enough to get me in to remove the extensions. She was so kind and understanding, removing extensions is not an easy task but she agreed to get me in the same day, she could tell I was upset. I'm so grateful for her removing them and be kind and compassionate . If you're looking for a top notch stylist with a heart of gold, Zonia is your girl. She is located inside Jc Penny's in Goodyear az.
