The girls were very freindly and professional....The house looks great and more importantly complete....We came back to CA from not having the best experience with other companies...We are happy that we made the move back.
This is the 4th visit from TCA. They have done a good job each time with only a couple of minor challenges. The staff has been easy to work with and they address any issues as soon as I bring them up. I gave them 4/5 stars only because of these minor issues. I expect my rating will rise as they become more familiar with our needs and address them the first time out. Overall, my wife and I are very satisfied with the service that we are receiving. They are a little pricey but the service is good.
I am thrilled with the cleaning service I received from Cleaning Authority. They worked hard and efficiently and the house sparkled when they were finished. They even wiped inside shelves, the microwave, baseboards.. places that had not seen any love for a long time. Not only was the cleaning fantastic but the crew was kind and understanding about my dogs “supervising” the situation, and I appreciated that so much. Great company that I am so happy to have found.
