I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this business. I went in for a laser treatment expecting safe and professional care, but I left with visible burns to my skin and ultimately had to seek medical treatment as a result. When I raised concerns during and after the appointment, my reaction was minimized and treated as if it were normal.
What has been most troubling is the lack of accountability afterward. Despite the injury and the need for medical care, the owner has refused to issue a full refund or provide any meaningful resolution. I was also concerned to learn that the same laser device involved in my treatment is still being used on other clients.
Mistakes can happen in any business, but how they are handled matters. Unfortunately, the response I received lacked professionalism and concern for client safety. Due to both the injury and the way this situation was handled, I would not feel comfortable recommending this business to others.

I recently visited this establishment, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I expected professionalism and quality service — but instead, I encountered the opposite.
First, I was asked to pay before the service was even performed, which immediately felt unprofessional and concerning. Despite making the payment, the service I received was not done properly and did not meet even the most basic standards of quality or care. It was clear that little effort or attention was given to the work, and when I expressed my concerns, they were not handled respectfully or professionally.
What made the situation worse was the behavior of the owner, who was shockingly rude and dismissive. Rather than taking accountability or attempting to resolve the issue, the owner spoke in an unprofessional tone and showed no regard for customer satisfaction. It’s disappointing when someone running a business treats paying customers in such a careless and disrespectful manner.
After this experience, I can confidently say that I will never return to this establishment and cannot recommend it to anyone. Businesses should value their customers, stand behind their work, and treat people with basic respect — unfortunately, this place failed in all of those areas.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their standards, because no customer should ever be treated or served this way.

I love this place. The stuff is very courteous. The place is always neat and clean and the prices!!! The most affordable place I have found! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.Rosy is the best! She recommended to treat an area nobody did before at other places and the change was worth a million bucks for me. I can not tell enough how happy I am every time I visit them. I do it every 5 to 5 months and I always ask for Rosy.

Got Dysport. really disappointed in the results and the experience. had to go to a different spa to fix my area of concern.

This review is because of the owner & the business not providing Promised results. I paid over 1k to get rid birth mark with laser. After paying and getting my treatments, I was promised it would work. Still looks the SAME and she offered a different service that might help.... No luck! I just wish she was upfront and said they don't have the correct laser for this. INSTEAD, of taking my money and wasting time, effort.... She should've at least offered a refund or give my money back in services.
As for the staff, they're great!

I love going. The ladies that work here are very Caring, Helpful and very Knowledgeable. I have never been treated with such love and respect! They Really listen to your concerns and go above and beyond their job. I will highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a new you to go see them! I feel Five years younger after going see them.
